Gail is the rare combination of knowledge, skill, savvy, emotional intelligence, leadership, integrity, passion, generosity, and connections. Gail is the "go to" person for business of law related matters, and she will quickly make a reference to one of her many contacts if she does not have an answer on hand. Gail is not a manager, but a true leader who engages her colleagues, builds trust, and inspires her team to achieve their goals. I have worked with and seen Gail lead her teams through extremely challenging projects such as physical relocations, transition to a shared/remote workplace (pre-pandemic), migrations to new a new IT environment and new platforms, and driving diversity and inclusion, to name a few. Gail's selection as President of the Philadelphia ALA Chapter is a testament to her leadership abilities. Her influence continues today with the selection of one of her former colleagues to the same position. I would recommend Gail for anything related to leadership in a law firm or corporate legal department - Executive Director/CEO, CFO, COO, Client Development/Marketing, change management, special projects, etc. Moreover, I believe Gail would be the ideal consultant or virtual/fractional CXO in those same milieus.
